Ingredients
· 1 cup fresh, frozen pineapple chunks
· Ginger, cleaned
· 1/2 lime
· 1 tsp cayenne pepper
· Cucumber, lightly peeled, chopped
· Water, not much
Method
· Put the pineapple, ginger, cucumber chops, and lime, squeezed.
· Add the pepper.
· Add 1 tsp honey (optional).
· Add water.
· Blend for 20 seconds.
· Pour into a glass cup.
· Serve with lime slice.
