Ingredients:
· 3 stalks spring onion
· A pinch of ginger
· A pinch of cloves
· Cling wrap
· Water
· ½ lemon
Method:
· Wash the spring onion. Remove the root from the onion.
· Put a medium sized pot on the stove.
· Add 1 cup of water.
· Cut the spring onion to pieces and add it to the pot.
· Grate the ginger inside the pot.
· Add cloves.
· Boil for 10 seconds.
· Steam it for a few minutes using a cling wrap.
· Remove from heat.
· Strain.
· Squeeze lemon inside of the tea and serve.

Chef Tips: Adding cloves to this tea is optional. Drink this before meals for better results. You can boil the water separately and add the ingredients in.
