Soursop Leaves Tea

Ingredients :

· 3 to 4 Soursop leaves, washed

· 1 cup water, boiled

· Honey (optional)

· 2 tsp cloves




Method :

· In a cup add the Soursop leaves and cloves.

· Pour the hot water on it.

· Cover and leave for a few minutes.

· Stir.

· Pour it into another cup.

· Add a few cloves in.

· Serve.

OR:

· Boil 4 to 5 leaves on the stove.

· Boil for 5 minutes.

· Add cloves.

· Serve.


Recommended: Drink this before bed and early in the morning before any meals.
