Ingredients:
· 2 ripe organic bananas, peeled and chopped
· 1 cinnamon stick
· ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Method:
· In a medium sized skillet under medium heat, add 1 cup water.
· Add the banana, the cinnamon stick and powder to the water.
· Stir.
· Let it boil for 30 seconds.
· Remove from the heat.
· Strain.
· Put the cinnamon stick to the tea.
· Add 2 banana slices.
