Pomegranate Seeds

Ingredients :

· ¼ cups pomegranate seeds

· 2 tsp fresh ginger

· 1 tsp cloves

· 2 cups water

· 1 lemon



Method:

· Place a medium size skillet on the stove. ( a kettle can be used).

· Boil the water, along with ginger, seeds and cloves.

· Once the color of the water is changed, strain it into a glass cup.

· Squeeze lemon into the drink. Add a few more cloves in the cup.

· Serve while hot.


Recommended: Drink this before going to bed or eating any meals for better results.

Chef Tips: Honey can be added, but it is not recommended. Lime can be used instead of lemon.
