Coriander Heavy Metal Detox

Ingredients:

· 1 cup water

· Coriander leaves

· Cling wrap



Method:

· In a medium sized pot under medium heat, add water.

· Add coriander leaves

· Simmer with cling wrap.

· Remove from heat.

· Pour into a cup and add the leaves.


Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serving Size: 1 person

Chef Tips: These leaves can be blended in juices. The seeds can be used. Drink this five nights and mornings straight for best results. No sweeteners should be added to this tea.
