Ingredients:
3 large carrots, washed, chopped
3 large ginger chunks, chopped finely
1/4 cups water
2 medium sized lemons
Method:
In your blender, add some of the carrots, and ginger.
Add a small amount of water.
Blend for 10 seconds.
In a large bowl, strain the carrot mixture. Add the remains of the carrot and ginger.
Add water.
Blend.
Strain in your bowl.
Squeeze the lemons into the carrot juice.
Serve.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
