Carrot Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 large carrots, washed, chopped

  • 3 large ginger chunks, chopped finely

  • 1/4 cups water

  • 2 medium sized lemons


Method:

  • In your blender, add some of the carrots, and ginger.

  • Add a small amount of water.

  • Blend for 10 seconds.

  • In a large bowl, strain the carrot mixture. Add the remains of the carrot and ginger.

  • Add water.

  • Blend.

  • Strain in your bowl.

  • Squeeze the lemons into the carrot juice.

  • Serve.



Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 2 persons

Chef Tips: Avoid adding any sweeteners to this drink. This drink should be natural.
